Summary
CareerPath Staffing is looking for an experienced Project Manager for a position in Plain City, OH. The candidate must be a self-starter. The Project Manager supervises and coordinates the work of multiple crews through the Carpenter Supervisors and Carpenter Foreman. Additionally, the Project Manager is responsible for hiring, evaluating, promoting, and disciplining all employees under his/her supervision. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of all jobsites, job costing, job scheduling, job materials, job profitability and related issues.

Manage multiple jobs in their entirety from measure, permits, material ordering and then start to finish while being on schedule and under budget.
Maintain the job schedule and profitability on each job.
Review project plans and estimate time, material, equipment, and supplies needed, including creating the Job Packets.
Assign Supervisors, Foremen, Carpenters and Apprentices to their assigned crew and jobsite.
Assign all subcontractors with work scope to their assigned jobsite.
Measures and material take-offs will be the direct responsibility of the Project Manager
Inspect work areas to ensure job is being completed in accordance to contract.
