CareerPath Staffing is looking for a Superintendent for their client in the Greater Columbus, OH area. We are looking for candidates who have experience in Healthcare or Multi-family projects and have a few roles open.
Requirements
Minimum of three years of experience in construction
Construction experience in a general contractor environment
Construction project experience over $10M
Providing effective leadership to staff members, overseeing their work, and fostering a positive work environment.
Planning, coordinating, and overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.
Responsibilities
Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure that projects meet specified standards and regulations.
Communication: Facilitating clear communication between different stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Problem Solving: Identifying potential issues or challenges and developing effective solutions to address them in a timely manner.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all employees and contractors.
